All accounts listed with Kingston Data and Credit are understood to be lawfully owing, and no surcharge, administration fee or additional cost will be added by Kingston Data and Credit. All payments made to Kingston Data and Credit are held in trust and disbursed to clients no later than the 20th day of the following month.
Our office holds payments in trust until we submit them to our client. At any point, if we receive a written request for a refund while those funds are held by Kingston Data and Credit, we will honour that request as all payments to our office are voluntary.
All refund requests will be honoured within two business days, and will be issued by the same method as the original payment -- credit card charges will be reversed, EFTs will be issued for bank payments, and payments via mail will receive a cheque issued from our trust account.
